payment gateways and offer multiple payment options including credit cards, debit
cards and cash on delivery.
4.2 We ship our products within the
UAE. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on service chosen
and location.
4.3 We offer free next day shipping
within UAE with a cut off time of 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be pushed
to next day. Same day delivery within the UAE is offered at an extra charge of
13AED with a cut off time to receive the order at 6pm. Same day delivery orders
received after 6pm will be pushed to morning after.
Returns and Exchanges
5.1 We offer a hassle-free return and
exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
for a refund or exchange within same day (for jewelry accessories) and next day
(for all other items).
5.2 The product must be in its
original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
